B-HAC, Inc. was formed in mid 2006 by its founders Carlos Tubbs and Albert Baker. B-HAC was formed as a cooperative manufacturing and industrial staffing company that focuses on lean manufacturing skills. B-HAC is unique in that our workers are all co-owners of the business. This guarantees the highest level of motivation from each member of our team.

B-HAC focuses on recruiting displaced workers to provide more meaningful model of employment. This focus is a reflection of the company's beginnings as a company that was formed after a business layoff situation. Starting with lean certified workers who were suddenly without a job B-HAC was established as a model business to integrate entrepreneurship with lean manufacturing as a core value proposition for its clients.
